14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with PDF OPUS for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked. This applies to all plans — weekly, yearly, and lifetime.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@pdfopus.com with your order number or the email address you used to purchase. We'll process your refund within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
Subscriptions
For weekly and yearly subscriptions, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, you'll receive a full refund. After 14 days, no partial refunds are issued, but you won't be charged again after cancellation.
Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
